360 Market Square

360 Market Square is a luxury apartment building on the former site of Market Square Arena.

360 Market Square is a new addition to the downtown skyline in Indianapolis. The 28-story tower was completed in 2018 and it occupies the site of the old Market Square Arena, the former home of the NBA’s Indiana Pacers, which was demolished in 2001.  For 17 years the lot sat vacant. 360 Market is a beautiful building and it houses luxury apartments offering some of the best views of downtown Indianapolis of any living space in the city. The tower also houses a Whole Foods and features a fifth-floor swimming pool with a panoramic view of the Indy skyline.
